Nike is once again teaming up with Manila-based retailer Titan, this time on a special Nike LeBron 17 Low “Agimat” colorway.
The upcoming Nike LeBron 17 Low “Agimat” boasts an all-red upper and is embossed with a bevy of symbols and logos associated with the Philippines. The lightning bolt symbolizes power, whilst the shield is an homage to the Bagobo tribe’s traditional armor. Additional contrasting hits of “Metallic Gold” are featured on the lateral Swoosh, tongue tab branding, and LeBron’s crown insignia spotlighted on the back heels. Elsewhere, Titan’s lightning bolt logo and the words “Para Sa Kadakilaan,” which translate to “Strive For Greatness” are spotlighted. Rounding out the look is a speckled midsole and translucent red Air unit.
“LeBron has always had a deep connection with Filipinos, as we all share his unique love for the game,” says Nikko Ramos, Titan’s Brand Connections Director. “This shoe’s design and storytelling is a true testament to the partnership.”
The Nike LeBron 17 Low “Agimat” is set to release at all Titan retailers, the Titan App and Titan22.com August 1. The shoe will also be available at Nike Park Fort August 8. The pair will retail for $160.
